The mission of the Windsor Association of the Deaf (WAD) is to improve the quality of life for Deaf and Hard of Hearing people by offering support, education, leadership opportunities, and social and recreational activities. We aim to build a strong connected, and inclusive community.

The vision of WAD is a welcoming community where Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals have full access, equal opportunities, and a true sense of belonging. We strive to be a place where people feel supported, valued and empowered.
